Workers’ Compensation insurance reduces the financial impact on your business as well as protects you against liabilities made by your employees if they suffer an injury during the course of their employment as per Labour Law/Workmen's Compensation Ordinance. In the UAE, compensation is governed by Chapter 8 of Federal Law No. 1980.
In addition to basic cover, you can protect yourself as the employer against any claim made by the employee under Common/Sharia Law up to a selected limit of indemnity.
